If you are an athlete looking to train speed and power remotely, join the KNGDM Remote Training Team and access 4 weeks of training. Requires minimal equipment (bands, dumbbells/kettlebells) and access to a field/turf or track.
4 Week Program (2 week blocks) includes:
5 sessions per week
-Max Velocity
-Accel/Power + Strength Training
-Full Body Mobility (hips, ankles, knees) + Core dynamics
